Additional Services
As well as our main services featured previously, we also offer
some additional bolt-on services.
Debtor Protection
We understand the huge risk bad debt can be to a business. This
risk can be simply addressed by using our bad dept protection
service which is backed by one of the Worlds largest insurance
company’s. It allows you to trade with confidence.
It works like this. In the unlikely event that one of your debtors
enters into administration/liquidation or receivership, you will
be covered up to an agreed percentage of the outstanding debt,
at that time. This means you no longer have to worry about a
debtor ceasing to trade with no hope of getting any payment for
the service or product you provided, in good faith.
Unlike many of our competitors, we offer a client specific policy.
This means that we manage separate cover for each of our clients
and not one general policy covering all. In addition, we also
offer discretionary limits up to £5000, which many of our
competitors cannot match.
In-House Legal Team
It is an unfortunate fact in business that some customers will
simply decide they do not want to pay. We understand the sensitivity
of this issue and will work with you to come to a satisfactory
conclusion.
If all attempts to get the payment your business is owed fails,
you may be left with no alternative other than legal action.
Should you decide to proceed with recovery action, we have our
own in-house legal team providing a hassle free, one-stop solution
to this problem.
Maintaining this function in-house, rapidly increases the speed
of the process. In fact, it simplifies the whole recovery process,
which is often viewed by many as complex and the reason why some
shy away from recovery action. With the added benefit of considerable
cost savings compared to that offered directly by the legal industry,
it offers many benefits to businesses.
Unique free document archiving service
And we even do things for free, like electronically archiving
all of your invoices and POD’s, needed to collect payment.
These archived documents are displayed on our screens upon
demand. With one click of the mouse button they can be instantly
emailed or faxed to your client, often while holding a conversation
with them. Non-payment for missing or illegible documents can
no longer be used as a means to delay payment owed.
So how does it work? When your invoices and any supporting documents
like POD’s and timesheets, are received at our office,
they are instantly scanned into our database. Once scanned, they
are available to our input team, who index them using criteria
such as type of document, date and most importantly, Invoice
number. Documents sent into us in pdf format do not need to be
scanned but are simply indexed.
Now by simply entering the invoice number into the search field
and pressing go, our collections team can instantly view the
document on screen. In the event that a debtor claims non-receipt
of an invoice or a POD, this is instantly emailed or faxed to
them. The debtor can usually confirm receipt during the telephone
conversation! We know that many of our competitors still use
manual archiving systems having to search through boxes to obtain
copy documents before finally mailing or faxing them.
